USB Loader GX, All Games Crash

4.3 U Wii, USBLGX ran great for years, but now every game I run from it goes to a black screen and locks up the Wii, even Wii Sports. It seems to coincide with installing a VC Wad for Ocarina of Time N64. Since then, I can't get any games to launch.

I haven't done troubleshooting with this Wii in a long time. Where do I begin?
